WHAT WE OFFER PATIENTS

Personalized cancer rehabilitation designed for every stage.

All care is provided by licensed ACSM-certified clinical exercise physiologists in coordination with oncology teams. Donors make this possible.

01

Support during treatment

Phase 1 serves patients who are currently undergoing active treatment. The focus is on gentle exercise to help manage side effects and maintain as much strength and mobility as possible.

Phase 01

02

Post-treatment recovery

Phase 2 begins as soon as a patient finishes their primary treatments. Is a delicate transition period, patients are no longer in active treatment, but they may feel “lost” as medical appointments wind down.

Phase 02

Kicks off as soon as a patient finishes their primary treatments.

Phase 03

03

Rebuilding & thriving

Phase 3 typically covers the period from roughly 3 months to a year post-treatment, once the patient has regained some strength and confidence. Here, the program ramps up in intensity appropriately.

Typically covers the period from 3 months to a year post-treatment.

Phase 04

04

Long-term wellness

Phase 4 ensures that the gains made are maintained for the long haul, starting one year post-treatment and onwards. Cancer survivorship is a lifelong journey.

Ensures that the gains made are maintained for the long haul.
